É com muito entusiasmo que a Galeria Carmo Johnson Projects apresentará a primeira exposição individual do artista Roney George (@roneyggeorge ), “Fixos, Fluxos e Orikis”, com curadoria de Danillo Barata (@danillo.barata ) a abertura será no dia 24/05, sábado.
Com trabalhos recentemente produzidos, alguns feitos especialmente para a mostra, a exposição tem a curadoria de Danillo Barata, artista, pesquisador e professor reconhecido por sua atuação nas áreas das artes, mídias e culturas digitais, com uma abordagem interdisciplinar que explora as intersecções entre corpo, imagem e tecnologia.
Barata traz um olhar sensível e aprofundado, fruto de uma relação construída ao longo de anos de proximidade e colaboração com Roney. Esse vínculo, aliado ao conhecimento sobre a trajetória de mais de 40 anos do artista, contribui para uma leitura expandida da mostra, ressaltando as camadas simbólicas que atravessam sua produção.

With great enthusiasm, Carmo Johnson Projects Gallery will present the first solo exhibition of artist Roney George (@roneyggeorge), titled”Fixos, Fluxos e Orikis”, curated by Danillo Barata (@danillo.barata). The opening will take place on Saturday, May 24th.
Featuring recently produced works—some created especially for this exhibition—the show is curated by Danillo Barata, an artist, researcher, and professor recognized for his work in the fields of art, media, and digital cultures. His interdisciplinary approach explores the intersections of body, image, and technology.
Barata brings a sensitive and in-depth perspective, shaped by a relationship built over years of closeness and collaboration with Roney.
